As the company expanded, a modern office was required, therefore in 2007 the company renovated the office on Plashet Grove, and opened another branch on the famous Romford Road, which is their current main office.
As word of the Easy Estates reputation spread, clients with even larger houses and block of flats were approaching Mr. Khan asking for more specific types of real estate so the company started lettings in residential and mixed-use schemes in East London.
Today, Easy Estates has a strong market presence and a good reputation in a market where agents seem to open and close on a monthly basis. Our strong working relationships with councils, International Business Organisations and Overseas Landlords has contributed greatly to our success.
